    Preheat oven to 330 F


    1 1/2 cups dry oats

    1 1/2 cups flour

    1/2 tsp baking soda

    pinch salt

    1/2 cup butter

    1/2 cup shortening

    1/2 cup honey


    Mix all dry ingredients together

    Cream butter, shortening and honey

    Mix in dry ingredients

    Roll out to 1/4 inch thick slab

    Cut into 3 inch circles (I use a floured drinking glass)


    Place on baking stone and bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are lightly brown

    Set on cooling rack and enjoy.
